Only the best grapes were picked and selected by hand for this wine. The fermentation and mazeration occurs in French barriques where the wine matures for 12 months.

Dark garnet red. Exhibits scents of black fruit and coffee and a note of sweet spices. Elegant, with ripe tannins, soft structure and intense aromas.

About Cabernet Cortis

Cabernet Cortis was bred in 1982 by crossing Cabernet Sauvignon x Solaris. It is therefore the «child» of Solaris.

It inherited the resistances of Solaris, facilitating organic farming. Furthermore, it got Solaris’s good tolerance to frost. Cabernet Cortis ripens early enabling us to harvest the fully ripe berries already before the first rains of autumn.
